Gr. 6-9 Track and Field Day (Field Trip)

Grade 6-9 students will be participating in track and field activities at Rotary Challenger Park – 3688 48 Ave NE, Calgary AB T3J 5C8 – on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 (alternative date is Wednesday, May 14th, 2025). Students will spend the day participating in track and field events.

**Permission forms (paper copies) have been handed out to students**

Students are to be dropped off at 8:15am and picked up by 3:15pm. Parents are responsible for dropping off their students and picking them up at 3:15pm.

All students will be required to wear their HCA gym strip, or other athletic clothing, with comfortable shoes, but please dress for the weather and bring a hat and sunscreen. 

Please make sure that students bring a bag lunch, a big snack and a water bottle. All students will eat at the field. Students are NOT allowed to leave the park to purchase lunch.
