This is me, Deanna Brennan
I am thrilled to teach at Heritage. I started teaching at Heritage in 2009. I am currently teaching the High School Social Studies courses and I am the STUCO teacher representative.
I am from rural Saskatchewan. I love the flat prairies! I attended the University of Regina, where I received a Certificate in French as well as my Bachelor of Education.
I have taught many grades and subjects throughout my career thus far. I started out in small town Saskatchewan teaching High School French and Computers. From there I have taught in Manitoba and Alberta teaching a variety of subjects in High School. I have also taught Grade 3 and Elementary French.
I am married to Ryan, who is the Principal here at Heritage. We have two children, Emma and Jaden, who attend Heritage.
In my free time I like to train and occasionally complete in triathlons. I enjoy baking and reading as well. Please share any great recipes or books!
I am looking forward to another great year in the High School!
