New Applicants

Thank you for your interest in Heritage Christian Academy. We accept applications on an ongoing basis for the next school year. Heritage Christian Academy is a covenant Christian school. We seek to enroll families with a strong and visible relationship with Christ. The interview process serves the purpose of evaluating the family's spiritual commitment and willingness to work alongside the school to disciple and teach your children.

Kindergarten Parents

If you are applying for our kindergarten program, your child must be 5 years old by December 31, 2011.

In order to proceed with your application we will also require a reference letter from your pastor or small group leader, your child's birth certificate (please bring the original and we will copy it for you) and a signed Parent Covenant (students entering grade six or above must sign this form as well).

Fee Information

When you bring your application to the school you will need to bring a $100/family application fee and $75 testing fee per child entering grade two or above (max. $150/family). For further fee information please proceed to the link below.

Processing Your Application

Please remember to go through the checklist that is on the last page of the application form. This will help ensure that you have completed and submitted all required documents and forms. When you bring your application to the school we will schedule your family interview as well as testing for your children. Both parents or legal guardian(s) and the prospective student(s) are required to be present at the interview. Heritage Christian Academy believes in the divine sovereignty of God, therefore, we believe that each individual involved in our school has been placed here by God. A complete review of each application and prayer regarding each family will be used to determine acceptance to our school. A letter will be mailed to you within two to four weeks of your interview detailing your admission status. Upon acceptance you will receive a "Christian Education Society Fee Agreement" which will need to be completed and returned to secure your child's enrollment at HCA.
