Wednesday, June 27 *Students must be in Full Dress Uniform
The Elementary Awards Ceremony will be held in the chapel and will be split in two. Parents are encouraged to attend.
Grades 1-2 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. Grades 3-5 9:15 to 10:00 a.m.
Please drop your children off at the school at the regular time. After the Ceremony, children will be returning to their classrooms for a special goodbye time and to receive additional awards and their report cards from their teachers. Please be sure to pick up your ELEMENTARY children by NOON.
The Secondary Awards Ceremony (Grade 6 - 12) will run from 10:30 to 11:30. Parents are encouraged to attend. After the Ceremony, students will pick up their report cards and are dismissed. Students must leave at noon as staff will not be in the school after that time.
If your child is absent for Awards Day their report card and end of year information will NOT be mailed to you. The office will be open through the summer and you are welcome to pick it up.
