Our annual Awards Day and final day of school for the 2009/2010 school year is Monday, June 28 in the chapel. Students must be in Full Dress Uniform.
The Elementary Awards Ceremony will be split in two. Parents are encouraged to attend.
Grades 1-2 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.
Grades 3-5 9:15 to 10:00 a.m.
Please drop your children off at the school at the regular time. After the Ceremony, children will be returning to their classrooms for a special goodbye time and to receive additional awards and their report cards from their teachers. Please be sure to pick up your ELEMENTARY children by NOON.
The Secondary Awards Ceremony will run from 10:30 to 11:30. Parents are encouraged to attend. After the Ceremony, students will pick up their report cards and are dismissed. Students must leave at noon as staff will not be in the school after that time.
***The school will close at noon on Awards Day (June 28). Please make sure to pick up your children promptly at 12:00.***
All Staff will be leaving immediately at noon, including office staff!
