Dear Parents of HCA Sports Athletes, Please join us for our annual sports banquet. It is a time for us to say thank you to the coaches and acknowledge the accomplishments of our student athletes. This is a catered meal with all the trimmings, including punch and dessert. Thursday June 14 in the Atrium at Centre Street Church. Punch will be served at 5:30, dinner at 6:00. Banquet tickets are $13 per person, with a family maximum of $52.00. They are available in the school office until Thursday, June 7.
Coaches Gifts
The coaches have devoted a tremendous amount of their personal time to coach our kids and we would like to show our appreciation for their efforts. Without them, we may not have had any teams at all. We are asking that each student contribute $10 per sport they played. We will use these funds to purchase gift certificates to be given to the coaches at the banquet. This request is for all students who have participated in volleyball, basketball, track and field, cross country or any other school sport they were involved in where a coach was required in order for the sport to be played. Please make your cheques payable to HCA Sports Association, and drop them into the school office by Thursday, June 2. Please mark this on your calendars. We hope to see you there.
